In the rates are included also services, part of SPA Inclusive package - use of outdoor (summer season) and indoor swimming pools with mineral water, children pool with hydro-massage sector, finnish and infrared sauna, herbal bio-sauna, steam bath, laconium, jacuzzi, Kneipp path, relax zone, adventure and contrast showers, ice sector and fitness.
Reductions:
- Children up to 5.99 y.o. are accommodating free of charge on BB basis
- Adult with two children pays double room rate
- Child from 0 up to 11.99 y.o. on regular bed use 25% discount from rate of adult, accommodated on extra bed
- Rates for apartment are valid for two adults and two children up to 11.99 y.o.
Dinner supplement:
- 20 BGN/day for adult
- 13 BGN/day for child up to 11.99 y.o.
Extra reductions:
- 10% discount from the price of additional SPA procedures in the SPA center of the complex
- 10% discount from the rent of the multifunctional sports field

Payments and cancellation terms:
- 30% advance payment (but not less than first room night amount) up to 5 business days after reservation confirmation on the following bank accont of hotel in Bulgarian levs:

In case of cancellation up to 5 days before arrival date no fee will be charged. In case of cancellation later than this term or in case of no-show - first room night will be charged.
Advance payments made by bank transfer will be refunded to the very same bank account the payment was proceeded from.
Advance payments made by bank card through a virtual POS terminal will be refunded to the very same bank card the payment was proceeded from.
